THE PROJECT

For millennia, spices and herbs have been used to flavour and colour food.
They are an essential part of our lives and yet often reduced to powder, or lost in a wide mix of ingredients. This project focuses on the spices and herbs in their natural shape, attempting to reveal the "true face" and the visual details of things we may otherwise find mixed in what we eat.
